Formed in 1996 by Jack Zogg to solve a problem he saw in the marketplace. That problem was a lack of comprehensive benefits competitively priced for small businesses. His vision was to group small and medium-sized employers into one common group allowing all participants access to better benefit programs. The only way to legally do this was through the employee leasing platform that exists today. Leasing is a highly regulated industry that offers many benefits to its clients in terms of employer and employee services.
